I was disapointed in this product. Just do a few pushups and jog in place for a few minutes and you’ve done the workout. It’s really sad that they didn’t try to live up to the title of the product. There are excellent workout DVDs out there but this isn’t one of them. They really should be embarrassed to charge money for this.

A friend of mine recommended I check out this workout. I run and hit the gym regularly, but I was looking for a fitness DVD I could do at home to stay in shape. I like the instructor–Nicholas Stone. He’s positive without being overbearing and provides solid instruction. I found he’s very easy to follow even if the workout itself is tough. One of the best things about the workout is that he keeps it moving by having a lot of transitions between standing and floor. You exercise a lot of muscle groups with it.
He relates a lot of the moves to an MMA fight, but it’s definitely for a regular person looking for a good workout. I’ve watched some MMA fights since I started doing the workout, and I can recognize some of the moves from the DVD, like muay thai knees strikes and the triangle choke abs.
The standing to floor exercise rotations add a good interval effect. I’m guessing I probably burn about 600-700 calories combining the main workout with the undercard. I recommend it.

This is a perfect workout to fit in between classes or before heading out to work. You can get a great overall body workout in without even noticing the time going by-the music keeps you moving. You will notice results very quickly, literally within a few weeks. Friends have also had great results from this workout.

Viewed DVD and thought this was great. No need to attend a gym or have extra
equipment. Is suitable for both beginners and advanced MMA fighters.
Is easy to select sections to perform. Can start and stop at will.

I had been looking for a way to get an effective workout without hitting a gym, and this does it. It’s got good cardio and abs, and the toning hits all the major muscle groups. The instructor, Nicholas Stone, keeps a fast pace, so you fit a lot into your time. I live in a fairly small apartment and don’t have any trouble with space when doing the workout. It doesn’t require any extra equipment, which is great. I bought a couple other men’s workout DVDs and was surprised at how much stuff they expected you to have on hand–a bench, a full weight set, a punching bag. With this one, the main workout doesn’t call for anything extra. If you want to add dumbbells to the second workout, you can, but it isn’t required. I recommend committing to doing the half hour Championship workout 3 times a week. Fit the undercard in when you only have 15 minutes to spare. I’ve been doing that and getting in a workout 4-5 times a week. I’m definitely noticing results. I have better endurance, and my abs feel tighter.
